Feasts of El Shaddai

Elsewhere on this website I discussed the importance of keeping the Fourth Commandment.
Also, I mentioned the Book of Jubilees as being the key to understanding a calendar that is
for the most part unknown to many.  Well I like to study this book more closely at this point; and if I am successful I will not only show evidence to the validity of the book using scripture, but that the feast are very relevant to those of the House of Ya'akov.

In addition to the previous statement, I like to address others
who have not seen themselves joined to the House of Ya'akov.  You are very much invited
by our Adonai to draw nearer unto him; however, this would also join you to the observance of the
feast and the law.  Remember that even our Savior kept all the law and was a follower of the Way.
We must keep them!  In doing so, we may find harmony with one another and peace with the
Almighty.

I

Since the beginning men were given instructions by the messengers of the Almighty One to obey his commandments.  We can clearly see that it is sin that separates us from the Almighty.  In Genesis
it was sin that caused the fall of Adam and his wife Eve, and Cain who was
an outcast from the presence of El for the murder of his brother Abel.
The scriptures give us many examples of what makes a man righteous in the eyes of Yah, and
what is seen as wickedness.

According to the Book of Jubilees, a calendar was established since the beginning of the Heavens and the Earth.  And this Calendar was set as an observance for the Children of Yisrael.

The Calendar consists of 4 season, having 13 weeks each which begins on the 1st New Moon of the month of Abib/Nisan.  This brings us to a total of 52 weeks in all; amounting to a total of 364 days in the completion of the year.  The new moons serve not only as an indication of when a new month begins but also for observances and feasts, as shown below.

Remember the verse in the New Scriptures which stated the following....Matt. 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
So here we see that it is possible for a righteous man to establish an ordinance or law.

But even so, there are those things which can not be altered...

Could this be?  Is it possible with all that man has done they have completely turned from Yah's prophetic
time-table?  Yes, we have gone astray even from the calendar which he has set.  You may be asking how do I know whether this calendar is the true one.  I suppose if you are looking for a reason why not to keep it; there is plenty of reasons to discourage you from doing so.

But let us test this out and see...
Now according to the Exodus accounts an observance was established called the Passover.  This day was to be remembered by the Yisraelites forever to remind them of what Yah had done for them in Egypt.
Passover was to be kept on the 14th day of the 1st month (Abib/Nisan) at even.  According to the Hebrew calendar the 14th day begins counting from the new moon of that month on.

Following this night began the Feast of Unleavened Bread which is kept for 7 days or 1 week(heptad)
which would end on the 21 at even. Making the number of weeks from the New Moon of that month a total of 3.
Now on the 22nd a waive sheaf offering is brought which is the first fruits offering, once this was done starting from the 22nd, the Yisraelites are to count a total of 7 weeks or 49 days.
22nd to the 28th = 1 heptad  (Nisan)
(02)New moon day(29/1)until the 7th of Iyar/Zif =2 heptad

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
15th of Sivan unto the 21st = 8 heptad
22nd unto the 28th = 9 heptad
(04)New moon day (29/1)/13th week from Nisan 1st until the7th Tammuz  = 10 heptad
8th day until the 14th =11 heptad
15th until the 21st = 12 heptad

(05)New moon day(29/1) until the 7th of Ab  =14 heptad

8th until the 14th = 23 heptad/
15th until 21st =24 heptad
22nd until the 28th = 25 heptad
(08)New moon day (29/1) until the 7th of Marchesvan/Bul = 26 heptad
8th until 14th = 27 heptad

(09)New moon day(29/1) until the 7th of Chisleu = 30 heptad

(11)New moon day(29/1) until the 7th of Sebat = 38 heptad

(12)New moon day(29/1) until the 7th of Adar = 42 heptad
8th until the 14th = 43 heptad
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
15th until the 21st = 44 heptad
22nd until 28th = 45 heptad
(13)New moon day(29/1)/13th week from 1st of Adar.2 until the 7th Adar.2 = 46 heptad
8th until the 14th = 47 heptad
15th until 21st = 48 heptad
22nd until 28th = 49 heptad
(1)New moon day(29/1) until the 7th of Abib/Nisan = 50 heptad
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8th until the 14th = 51 heptad
15th until the 21st = 52 heptad

As you can see from the above chart, the math works.  Something strange however occured.  There are thirteen New moons.  Also as you go into another rotation from Adar.2 for the season, you will find that the 13th week does not begin on 1st of Abib.
